Tonight’s Dinner: Rosemary Garlic New York Striploin w Fried Onion Rings and Lemon Margarita.
My dinner partner had Spaghetti Carbonara (my favorite pasta by far, and not easy to cook correctly), a Gin Tonic and Lemon Mojito.
If you’ve never tried this method of cooking your steak, you have to give it a try sometime. I’ve included a link below from an Argentinian that explains exactly how it is done (so you can cook New York Striploin or Sirloin like a pro at home).
Below is a photo and video of the the steak and potatoes I had as my main course.

Spaghetti Carbonara. I tried it, fantastic. If you’re not familiar and enjoy pasta, just ask a server when visiting Toro Loco to request it from the kitchen (it’s not standard on the Toro Loco Menu).

And below from left to right from our Cocktail Menu; Lime Mojito, Gin Tonic, and the Lime Margarita.
And while we had dinner, guests enjoyed their time taking photos around the Toro Loco sign and kids took advantage of the Children’s Play Area.

Come visit us sometime, and when you do, if you message us in advance we’ll reserve your table (because it does get busy here, Monday and Tuesday we were very near capacity as the night rolled on) and we can also then be sure to have your preferred plates (cuts of meats etc) organized in advance (especially for larger groups this helps us all).
Much Love💕
